Sustainable water for businesses | Ecozona Iberian
A start-up specializing in the development of innovative solutions for microfiltration, refrigeration, water treatment and automatic dispensing for human consumption.
Sustainability that transforms the way we consume water
At Ecozona Iberian, we see sustainability as a practical change in how water is produced, distributed and consumed. Our aim is to reduce dependence on a model that relies on transporting large quantities of packaged products to where they will eventually be consumed.
The alternative is to bring water treatment and dispensing closer to the user.
Our systems make use of the available water supply to microfilter, chill and dispense water directly at the point of use. This enables businesses, public authorities, venues and event organisers to reduce single-use bottle consumption and some of the associated logistics.
It’s our local water concept: producing close to where water is consumed to avoid unnecessary product transport and move towards a more efficient model.

Less single-use plastic
Ecozona Iberian systems make it possible to create refill stations for bottles and reusable containers, offering an alternative to the repeated consumption of water in single-use containers.
The impact is particularly significant in high-traffic settings such as festivals, stadiums, sports facilities, universities, businesses, hotels and public spaces, where thousands of drinks may be consumed in relatively short periods.
The goal is simple: reduce the number of containers needed to provide the same water service.
Less transport, storage and waste
Bottled water has to be transported to the point of consumption, received, stored and then distributed. Once consumed, the containers must be collected and managed.
Our model aims to simplify part of this process.
By treating and dispensing water where it’s needed, an organisation can reduce its reliance on bottled water deliveries, free up some storage space and cut the amount of packaging generated.
This also makes sustainability a practical improvement to logistics and day-to-day operations.

From sustainability goals to a concrete project
Every organisation has different needs. That’s why we don’t offer the same installation to all our clients.
We assess how many people will use the system, how much they consume, where demand is concentrated, what infrastructure is available and what goals the organisation wants to achieve.
Based on this information, we can develop Water Houses, fountains, dispenser panels and bespoke systems for permanent or temporary installations.
This is how we turn a broad goal, such as reducing single-use packaging, into a practical solution that fits into everyday activities.
How we develop your project
We follow a clear process to ensure every installation meets the organisation’s real needs.
1. We analyse consumption
We assess the number of users, estimated consumption, peak demand periods and the current supply model. This helps us understand how much water the organisation really needs and where it is consumed.
2. We assess the space
We review the site’s characteristics, available supply points, technical requirements and user distribution. For large-scale projects, we also assess where to position the different dispensing points.
3. We design the solution
We select and configure the systems required for each project: Water Houses, drinking fountains, dispensing panels, microfiltration systems, refrigeration and other water treatment and dispensing technologies.
The aim is to size the installation according to expected demand, rather than apply standard solutions to different needs.
4. We handle the installation
We design each project with both functionality and integration into its surroundings in mind. Our solutions can be adapted to urban spaces, businesses, sports facilities, companies and temporary event venues.
A sustainable solution that works day to day
For Ecozona Iberian, a sustainable project must also be practical.
That is why we aim for each installation to fit into the organisation's day-to-day operations and meet the actual volume of users. The same zero-kilometre consumption concept can be applied to a business, a sports complex or a festival with thousands of attendees.
We work in Spain, Italy and other European markets, developing projects for organisations looking to turn their sustainability goals into visible actions and everyday solutions.
If your organisation currently uses large quantities of bottled water, we can assess its consumption, review the space and propose an alternative tailored to its needs.
